The "CE" logo is a mandatory certification mark, whether the EU enterprises produced products, or products produced by others, to be customer recognition and attention in the EU market, must add "CE" mark, to indicate that the product is in line with the EU directive rules "technical harmonization and standardization of new methods" requirement.
